We take every effort to ensure that your order is filled timely and accurately, and that our products meet your expectations.

  • If we have made a mistake or if your order arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace and re-ship your order at no cost to you. If we cannot replace and re-ship your order within 7 days, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Remember, if you pay by check we need to wait the full 10 days for it to clear before issuing refund.
  • If you decide that you do not like your order, please let us know and mail it back to us. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of your order, less any shipping charges. Even orders with "free shipping" incur a shipping cost, and that will be deducted from your store credit.
