We take every effort to ensure that your order is filled timely and accurately, and that our products meet your expectations.
If we have made a mistake or if your order arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace and re-ship your order at no cost to you. If we cannot replace and re-ship your order within 7 days, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Remember, if you pay by check we need to wait the full 10 days for it to clear before issuing refund.
If you decide that you do not like your order, please let us know and mail it back to us. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of your order, less any shipping charges. Even orders with "free shipping" incur a shipping cost, and that will be deducted from your store credit.
