American White Ibis 1, Photograph (LAM00107PH)
American White Ibis

The American White Ibis (also known in south Louisiana as the bec croche or petit flaman) is a sleek and speedy flyer. They have the reputation of being the last wildlife to leave before a hurricane and the first to return after a storm passes. The legend must be true, as Hurricane Katrina seems to have had little impact on their presence in New Orleans.

Standard print size is 16x20 inches. Actual image size is approximately 13x16 inches, and is surrounded by a thin red outline and a thick white border.  Also available in 8x10, with proportionally smaller image area.

Location: Audubon Park Rookery, New Orleans, Louisiana.

Stained Glass of Mary - The Church of Our Lady of Sablon - Brussels
[L’Église Notre Dame du Sablon - Bruxelles]

This stained glass window from the northwest transept of the church of Notre Dame du Sablon shows Mary in her bejewelled robe within a vibrant mandorla surrounded by angels. The current church, started around 1400 and completed in 1550, replaced a chapel dating from 1304. This window was designed by Samuel Coucke, a nineteenth century neo-gothic glazier and artist from Bruges.

This Greeting Card has the message "May You Have Many Blessings" on the inside. Perfect as a Christmas card, it also is ideal for many other occasions, including as a get well card, offering your good wishes, and as a sign of good friendship. The outside of card has a high-gloss finish.  Each card comes with a blue envelope.

St. Bavo Cathedral / Sint Baafskathedraal

Standard print size is 16x20 inches without any border, and is in black & white.  This image is not offered in a smaller version as it loses much of its character when reproduced in that size.  If you really must have it in a smaller size, please contact us.
