L'Atelier Mondial's Return Policy

Fine Art Photographs. Each Fine Art Photograph is produced in response to your order. Unless the photograph was defectively produced or damaged in transit to you, we do not accept returns of Fine Art Photographs. However, if the photograph was defectively produced or damaged in transit to you, please contact us and we will arrange for return shipping to us, at our expense. It is necessary that you contact usBEFORE you ship the item back to us in order for us to pay for the shipping. Otherwise, it will be at your expense. A replacement Fine Art Photograph will be delivered to replace the defective or damaged one. We do not issue refunds or credits for Fine Art Photographs.

Fine Art Note Cards or Greeting Cards. If your order of Fine Art Note Card or Greeting Card order was defectively produced or damaged in shipment, please contact us and we will arrange for return shipping to us, at our expense. It is necessary that you contact us BEFORE you ship the item back to us in order for us to pay for the shipping. Otherwise, it will be at your expense. A replacement Fine Art Note Card or Greeting Card (or pack, if that is what you ordered) will be delivered to replace the defective or damaged one.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any other reason, please return it to us at your expense, and we will issue a store credit (valid for 1 year from the date of issue) equal to the cost of the actual item and sales taxes, but not including any shipping charges. We do not issue refunds for Fine Art Note Cards or Greeting Cards.
